Please go through the Job description and let me know if you have any consultants available. *Position : Sr. Software Developer - .NET* *Location : Aurora, Colorado* *Duration : 6+ months* *The ideal person*: · Under general direction of management and in cooperation with other senior development staff, participates as a high-level expert and leader in the planning, design, development (coding), maintenance, and testing/debugging of new applications and significant enhancements of existing applications in a primarily Microsoft .NET environment. · Has proven expertise in web-based application development, systems analysis, object-oriented design and programming, ASP & ASP.Net, VS.Net, C#, HTTP, DHTML, JavaScript, web services, XML & XSLT, SQL Server concepts and T-SQL programming, Windows OS, and communications protocols. · Demonstrates expertise and strong abilities in software implementation concepts, practices, techniques, and technologies, and leads new product development and existing product enhancement and maintenance efforts. · Provides architectural vision, risk and impact analysis, and problems solving techniques on an enterprise level. · Possesses excellent communications skills and effectively liaises with other team members, customers' staff, consultants, testers, and management. · Acts as technical lead on assigned projects, and will assist in the mentoring, training, supervising, and evaluation of less experience development staff. *Required Skills* *Essential Job functions and Performance Standards:* 1. Ensures high quality product implementation from initial requirements to final deliverable by working with customers, users, other developers, and management. 2. Is responsible for all aspects of application development including design, coding, testing, maintenance, and deployment. 3. Provides expert technical direction, leadership, and support for mission critical information system application development, enhancement, and maintenance projects. 4. Participated in on-going professional development and training to stay abreast of the rapidly changing information technology environment. 5. Mentors, trains, supervise, and evaluate less experienced team members. 6. Works productively, independently or with peers, to arrive at solutions to development methodology and implementation questions and issues. 7. Performs all aspects of the Software Developer role, with greater expectations for independent work, decision making, and leadership, which are applied to projects of greater scope and complexity. *Required Experience* *Education: *Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, MIS, or equivalent *Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: *Six (6)+ years of experience in the development of information systems, with the most recent 2+ years in a Microsoft technology development environment and 1 year of direct experience using .NET technology.
