*Role of position:
*Consultant should have in depth knowledge of the HP BSM/BAC suite of
products. Extensive hands-on experience in enablement, administration and
customization of the Business Service Management product suite is required.
Consultant should be proficient in creating and customization of complex
Dashboard Views on business requirements. Should be able create new data
sources to feed external data to the Dashboard. Create and apply custom
business rules, entities for status calculation and propagation. *BSM
integration to various other applications like NNMi, OMW/L experience is
MUST. *

Experience and Skills required:
*Minimum of 6 years of IT experience, including *Service Management and
Monitoring
*Extensive applied technical experience in the use and administration of the
* HP Business Service Management Dashboard, HP Performance Center and
related components is required.*
Proven applied expertise with implementation and integration of the HP BSM
suite of products including: HP Business Service Management (Business
Availability Center, RTSM), HP Diagnostics, HP Real User Monitor, HP
SiteScope, HP BPM, HP EUM & HP uCMDB
Hands- on experience and deep expertise in HP OMi for event correlation
Strong troubleshooting skills
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Good understanding of operational business process
Ability to multi-task and deliver multiple complex projects
Drive the project activities with minimal supervision

Education and Certification:
*4 year Bachelor’s degree preferably in Math, Computer Science or
Engineering
*Minimum ITIL v3 Foundation certification*
