Duration: 6 Months Testing experience : Integration & System Testing UAT Conversion Testing Performance & Availability Testing Test Strategy & Plans Test scripts o Including test techniques such as boundary value analysis, normal path tests, and exception path tests Test reports (including defect analysis) HP/Mercury Test Director/Quality Center HP/Mercury LoadRunner Lead Experience Resource must be a test lead, with at least 2-3 years experience leading the full testing cycle, not just small parts of the testing duties. 3-5 years experience in the following testing phases: - Integration and System Testing - User Acceptance Testing - Conversion Testing - Performance and Availability Testing 3-5 years experience developing following deliverables: - Testing strategy and plans, including test phase work plans - Test partitioning into scripts - Test scripts o Including test techniques such as boundary value analysis, normal path tests, and exception path tests - Test reports (including defect analysis) 2-3 years experience with the following tools: - HP/Mercury Test Director/Quality Center - HP/Mercury LoadRunner 2-3 years experience leading teams: - Team size 5+ - Status reporting and client communications - Organizing and controlling test planning and execution activities - Good communications skills.
