*Position:* PeopleSoft System Tester *Location:* New York, NY *Duration:* 12+ Months *Not to Exceed Rate:* $35/hr *Submission Deadline:* 11/12/2009 *Job Description:* The Financial Information Services Agency (FISA) has a vacancy for a System Tester for the implementation of the Rational Toolset, including (IBM/Rational) Requisite Pro, Test Manager, Clear Quest and Clear Case to support the HR and Benefits functions of PeopleSoft HRMS for the New York City Automated Personnel System (NYCAPS). Under the direction of the Test Manager the Tester will develop and maintain formal test plans and approaches to ensure delivery of quality functionality for PeopleSoft HRMS customizations. Develop and manage test cases and plans for system, functional, stress, regression, smoke, integration, performance, load and user acceptance testing. This person should be able to troubleshoot the upcoming issues with the integrated Rational Toolset.
