The local candidates are very highly preffered. CA. This is a 2-3 month contract. The candidate should be a *Cognos expert who is also very strong with SQL*. Those are the 2 keys. Depending ** *SENIOR BI* ** **The ideal candidate must have recent hands-on, full life cycle experience with Cognos and/or MicroStrategy. The person must have a strong Oracle background and is capable of end-to-end delivery including requirements verification, gap analysis, ETL validation and build presentation framework using Cognos or Microstrategy BI Platform. Must understand Financial Data and have experience in a fast paced, right time business intelligence environment designing, developing and supporting quality, time sensitive and accurate multi-dimensional information is a plus. The candidate will be expected to contribute to the BI Model, help stream line near real time ETL, and develop complex, reusable reports based on OLAP models. Candidates must be capable of writing data validation scripts and test ETL processing in PL/SQL, Shell or Perl for data load purposes in an Oracle environment to pull data from multiple sources.
