Candidate needs to have 8yrs of Total experience. 1) Minimum 4 years of experience in Serena TeamTrack/ Serena Team Track 6.6 administration, customization and integration * must have performed following 2) TeamTrack Administration * administering user, roles, group, privilege management for user base of 5000+ 3) TeamTrack Customization * workflow design, notifications and developing TeamScript for custom needs. Solid TeamScript knowledge is required. 4) TeamTrack Integration using web-services * Good understanding of TeamTrack web-services for integration with other applications. 5) Good database skills * SQL and stored procedure development experience. 6) Production support experience is required.
