Candidate should be able to clearly communicate fundamental concepts during the interview and demonstrate previous experience in all aspects. : Previous project experience with at least 3 large, preferable multi-year, data warehousing project : Experience in Oracle database programming using Partitioning, Materialized View and OLAP : Experience in tuning Oracle queries/processes and performance management tools : Tech lead ideally should have strong data modeling skills (normalized and multidimensional). Preferably hands on experience using ErWin. : Strong business and communication skills : Size of previous data warehouse experience should be at least 10 terabytes to be considered a strong candidate : Knowledge of Health Care Insurance Payer Data Warehousing Preferred.
