Candidates must understand WebSphere internals and be able to communicate that knowledge during a face-to-face interview. This is not part of a large team, this job will mean being the lead on your own projects with only vendor support and architecture guidance. In addition to the requirements for general WebSphere experience, candidates MUST HAVE at least one full year of WebSphere ND experience. WebSphere ND skills required here include: wsadmin (console use is extremely limited) Jython scripting Clusters Deployment scripting using dmgr A major plus is WebSphere VE (aka XD) experience.
