Job Title : IVR Tester Location : Sacramento, CA Duration : 3+ Months Description : Required Skills/Experience: Must speak one of the following - Mandarin or Cantonese or Vietnamese. *MANAGER IS INTERVIEWING NOW - OFFER TO START ON MONDAY * Must have extensive experience testing IVR applications. Previous experience in Integration, Functional, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing is required. Ability to develop IVR test scripts based on defined business requirements and use cases. Capability to execute test scripts accurately & concisely. Report both progress and defect status in a timely manner. Work with developers in supporting defects analysis, reproduction & resolution. Produce detailed and accurate documentation of test results.
