The following are a list of overall skills desired to work with Client Architecture and Cargo Everest application team: • Must have previous knowledge of J2EE application platforms • Must be well versed in Service Oriented Technology • Must have prior knowledge experience with WebSphere DataPower • Assist in determining Service Level Agreements (SLA’s), for immediate needs/deployments, and enterprise SLA’s to support ongoing operations, if any. • DataPower (DP) SOA Admin Skill set: o Project/Application specific DP Domain Ownership o Experience with Web Services Proxy and Multiprotocol Gateway o Must have hands on experience with Security policy within DataPower o Mange domain developer access and security o Must have knowledge of DataPower auditing and troubleshooting framework o Must be familiar with DP CLI o Assist migrating Application specific objects between environment o Must have knowledge of SOMA interface o Must have prior knowledge of UDDI registry (preferably WSRR) o Must have extended knowledge of Web Services development knowledge • Assist Infrastructure team with automated deployment strategy through CLI • Assist in migrating Proxies and other DataPower objects between environments • Responsible for developing and versioning of all DataPower objects • Advanced WebSphere platform knowledge • Version control and build management experience Other knowledge: • Working knowledge of Solaris and Linux is a must. • Prior experience of development and n-tier architecture would be extremely helpful. * * * * *Role: WebLogic Administrator **( In person interview is must)*** *Location: Dallas TX * *Duration: 6 Months plus * *Rate: Open* Client is in need of a J2EE Infrastructure Engineering (WebLogic Administrator) resource, capable of supporting the COTS application based on J2EE Application Server. The following are a list of overall skills desired to work with Client Architecture and Shared Service existing and future Stakeholders: • Should be able to or have previous knowledge of migrating J2EE application from between application container. • Provide information needed to assess the risk of production deployment of a business critical application: installation and configuration readiness, performance and scalability evaluation, stability and durability evaluation, and best practices procedures. • Assess the processes that will be used to operate, support and maintain the Enterprise implementation(s). Refine the deployment process and architecture so that it will easily scale to fit into an enterprise scope. • Needs to be extensible to changing platform requirements or other advancements in the distributed computing model. • Assist in determining Service Level Agreements (SLA’s), for immediate needs/deployments, and enterprise SLA’s to support ongoing operations, if any. • Develop performance, scalability, and durability evaluations and monitoring for load testing and real time. • Create real time performance, profiling, and monitoring components to be utilized during load testing and for real time monitoring of all stages of application deployment (Dev, Test, Staging, Prod). • Design an automated deployment strategy that can be leveraged despite originating development environment (WebLogic, WebSphere, etc). • Experience with WebLogic JMX and Monitoring scripting. • Experience configuring and administering unique deployments of custom applications for any J2EE container. • Advanced WebLogic and WebSphere performance and tuning experience including development of custom tools. (Java MBeans Extentions) • Experience implementing tools that are extensions to WebLogic & WebSphere such as monitoring tools, code profiling tools, etc. • Experience designing & implementing Clusters, WebSphere Network Deployment and Deployment Manger along with Directory authentication. Expertise in Web layer: • Experience in iPlanet and IBM HTTP Server (Apache) is required. • Prior knowledge of Proxy Plugin based configuration for both iPlanet and IBM HTTP server is desired. • Knowledge of any Hardware based load balancer is a plus. Other knowledge: • Working knowledge of Solaris and Linux is a must. • Prior experience of development and n-tier architecture would be extremely helpful.
