USG direct client is looking for *Business Analyst/ Project manager *at* Stuart, Florida* *Technical/Functional Skills:-* · Identifying business/functional requirements by working with key client personnel or end-users · Interfacing with other functional and technical groups within the organization · Strong knowledge in software development lifecycle methodology · Significant experience with Word, Excel, MS Project, PowerPoint and Visio · Leads requirements management and change management processes · Directs the development of visualization and user experience elements of solution design · Develops and maintains internal and external relationships to manage scope, schedule, budgets and expectations · Knowledge of Sales process is a plus (Direct/Distributor) · Basic project management experience · Facilitate meetings and report weekly project status · Strong writing, problem solving, communication and client-facing skills · Developing Use/Test cases driving development of test plans, as well as validating data after development with logging issue list during SIT and UAT phase · Proven techniques for defining and/or improving requirements · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in an Information Technology or Business Systems related discipline · Experience in information systems applications, commercial logistics, web, CRM and/or BI reporting systems, preferably in regulated medical device industry. · Experience in business and systems analysis, understanding user requirements and implementing systems to meet the requirements. · Technical and/or functional analytical skills · Strong communications skills both orally and written. · Ability to write reports, procedure manuals and correspondence. · Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. · Experience in managing projects, following project management methodologies and supervising project team staff, including consultants. *Roles & Responsibilities:-* Senior Business Analyst (Commercial Business) – primarily in the space utilizing technology that covers the commercial business (ie Sales, Marketing, Commercial Logistics) and spans the organizational boundary with end customers. Typical technologies include commercial logistics and sales tools, digital (web) technologies, medical education & CRM. The role is responsible for surfacing and clarifying potential IT solutions for business problems. This includes initiation phase leadership of small enhancements to large projects with a focus on business case development followed by technical and process analysis, systems design and testing support throughout the project.
