*Job Description:*
* Coordinate with client in understanding the requirements for that
drill
* Plan sufficient resources for that drill
* Discuss with team on the plan and come with questions/issues and
discuss with client for clarifications
* Run through the Recovery Plan from client to team and identify
dependencies between technology track
* Prepare for risk/challenges for the drill
* Plan for shift plan and arrange logistics for resources
* Prepare/Update check list for each drill
* Coordinate between onsite and offshore team
* Report the current status of drill to all stakeholders
* Review the drill after closure
* Desired Soft Skills:
* Good communications skills
* Good English verbal and written skills
* Ability to work in onsite: offshore support model
* Flexible to work off business hrs for changes to drill on need basis
* Good stakeholder management skills and reporting skills
*Preferred Technical Skillsets:*
* 4+ years of experience in Infrastructure or application support
domain with reasonable knowledge on any:
* Windows or Unix ser
* Oracle or SQL DBA
* Middleware applications
