*Job Title: Senior Associate QA L2 – Test Lead Automation (QTP Framework creation Expert)* *Mt. Laurel**, NJ*** *3+ months* *Skill and Role Summary:* Brief overview of role and project Direct Channels Technology Solutions supports client Online applications (RIB – Retail internet Banking, SBIB – Small Business Internet Banking, OAO – Online Account Opening and Mobile Banking) across North America. We work closely with various business units to deliver technology solutions across Online channel. We are looking for a strong Automation Test Lead (QTP Framework Expert) to help and drive QTP based Automation Framework Creation & implementation, scripting for Online applications. The Automation Test Lead will work closely with QA Manager, clients, Technology Leads, Applications SMEs, Test Lead, QA Team (Onsite & offshore) as to help deliver Automation Framework and Automation effort/projects from a Automation standpoint. The main responsibilities for this position are to work independently on the planning and execution of QTP automation effort, guide and drive creation of QTP based Automation framework, apply Automation best practices while creating framework, give oversight to a medium sized project by leveraging the testing experience across all the phases of STLC and mentor people on the team. Main duties and responsibilities: What the contractor will be going on a day to day basis. • Drive, manage and own creation of QTP Framework till its completion • Implement and define best practices for automation scripts creation • Understand the applications to root level • Understand the integrities of Online Banking Systems • Utilize QTP for Automation and QC for Test Management • Ensure integration of Quality Center tool with QTP • Communicate clearly and uprightly in case any issues faced • Test Management • Test Estimation • Test Planning • Defect Management • Test execution • Manage a medium to large sized team and resolve issues and dependencies in the team • Create seamless Automation processes for the team • Regularly ask for feedback and demonstrate improvement or changed behavior as a result • Client Management o Manage business-level client relationships (expectations, communications, negotiations, escalation, feedback, etc.) o Review and manages financial metrics with business level clients o Responsible to the client and to Sapient for successful quality project delivery *Requirements:* Client facing skills, experience in user journeys, leading IA track, Visual design experience Please state essential skill/s.- • Should have prior experience in QTP Based framework creation • Preferable experience on Online Banking Applications Automation • Good Communication Skills • Client facing skills • Should understand TLC (testing life Cycle) • QTP and Quality Center usage and utilization • Defect Life Cycle and Defect transitions (different statuses) in Quality Center • Retail or Online Banking Knowledge • Good logical and Analytical approach oriented attitude Thanks $ Have a Nice Day :) Thanks & Regards …………………………………………..
