Documents requirements for enhancement requests selected for implementation. Documents detailed requirement specifications defining business rules, inputs, outputs and processing logic according to a defined SDLC standard. Analyzes business process issues, develops approaches to resolve and facilitates that process to conclusion. Supports system and user acceptance testing efforts including development of test scenarios and detailed test scripts with accountability to ensure that the testing approach provides full assurance and acceptance in accordance with written requirement specifications. Conducts requested enhancement analysis (current state vs. future state) in partnership with other team members. Partners with business clients to understand current issues, priorities of business and participates in defining an implementation approach Works closely with Technical Architect, Program Manager and others to evaluate new functionality requests and put those requests into a formalized body of work that is delivered to clients (via the SDLC process.)** Candidate must exhibit strong written and verbal communications skills. Able to quickly learn system specifics. Candidate must be able to converse in both a business and technical vernacular. Experience all phases of SDLC is required. Experience in a Pharma/Validated environment is a strong plus. Capable of meeting tight timelines and work across a broad spectrum of users. Ability to adjust to changing priorities.
