*Location: Woodcliff Lakes, NJ*

If you look at it below, the *development is on the course level for SAP
(FI/CO, PS and MM modules). *The person must be able to develop their own
courses using various tools and then train end users and other trainers as
well as conduct workshops.

*Responsibilities:
*-Create and manage the review and approval of all instructor-led course
materials including assessments
-Using a standards-based authoring tool, develop highly interactive
web-based course material
-Create exercise data and load into training client
Possible Responsibilities
-Facilitate / support delivery of departmental process workshops
-Deliver/support delivery of end-user training (class facilitation is
critical skill)
-Provide pre and post-go-live user support

-Work samples will be required (will not be retained by client or requested
electronically – we respect candidates' previous confidentiality agreements)
-Position is based in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, and telecommuting is not an
option; some travel may be required for end-user training (4th quarter 2008)
and end-user support (January 2009)

*Skills Needed:*

-Critical: *Has a minimum of 5 years of experience developing and delivering
ERP courses with a minimum two full-cycle projects' experience with the SAP
FI/CO, PS (project-based accounting) and MM modules and associated work
processes.
*-Has demonstrated capability to integrate teams having diverse process
focus
Course design
-Has developed an *SAP project curriculum based on role analysis and key
user consult*ation
-Has developed course outlines for all learning events in the curriculum
*Course Development*
-Has developed *SAP instructor-led end-user courses for Finance and
Purchasing users
*-Has collaborated with key users to developed "to-be" process instructions
-Has developed workshop materials to lead introduction and training of key
work processes
-Has developed web-based SAP course materials
-Has worked with a variety of tools associated with development, management
and delivery of *SAP courses, such as Resite (documentation), Lectora (web
authoring), Captivate (simulation), Centra (virtual classroom) and Docent
(LMS)
Course Delivery*
-Has developed and delivered train the trainer programs
-Has *facilitated SAP classroom learning events, delivering training,
demonstrating concepts, achieving student participation and effective
learning results
*-Has delivered process workshops presenting new process information and
facilitating participant discussion
-Has delivered effective "virtual classroom" learning events
Work Management
-Has managed development and delivery programs using tools to track
completion and quality
