Role                       : *Powerbuilder Tech Lead*

Duration              : 6- 9 Months

Location               : *Florence, KY*

This position requires on-call support during non-business hours.



·         Should have *very good knowledge in Powerbuilder and Sysbase
technologies*.

·         Experience in *support project* will be an added advantage.

·         Should have good written and oral communication skills,

·         Experience in customer communication is must.

·         Awareness of Managed Services is desirable.

·         Should have Good Knowledge on *Incident management*.

·         *Problem management and change management* process.

·         Good experience in *Root Cause Analysis*.

·         Experience is *incident management tools like Remedy* is an added
advantage.



*Postion 2 :***



Mandatory Skills               :  *SAP Time Management – Configuration,
CATS, SAP PA,OM*

Desirable                             :  *SAP PY,HR ABAP*

Location                               :  *Findlay, Ohio*





Please find below the JD:

•             Primary responsibility for support of SAP Time Management
Module

•             Perform configuration for the HR SAP modules of Payroll, Time
Evaluation and interfaces with third party vendors.

•             Candidate must have the ability to evaluate and analyze
highly complex configuration scenarios and understand how they impact
process changes across other HR and SAP modules.

•             Consult with ABAP developers and provide technical specs to
develop customized solutions

•             Consult with other custom code developers and provide
technical specs for interfaced solutions

•             Perform unit testing of changes (configuration, custom
development, etc) in development and staging environments, including
regression testing of functionality that may be impacted by change.

•             Coordinate long chain testing where appropriate of changes
(configuration, custom development, etc) in development and staging
environments

•             Provide input and suggestions based on knowledge of area of
responsibility

•             Provide prototypes of new functionality based on client needs

•             Investigate and resolve incidents reported by users

•             Provide support for other activities that impact the HR/Time
Management area, such as configuration changes to support changing business
conditions, SAP ECC upgrades, application of hot packs, project work, etc.

•             Provide ad hoc training and knowledge to business super-users
as required in run and maintain activities, such as remedial training,
issue resolution, etc.

•             Responsible for capturing year end activities for supported
payroll areas.
