Work closely with business analysts and other developers to translate complex business processes into a well-designed user interface. The developer need to provide technical solutions and alternatives to business requirement based on debugging and troubleshooting SAP standard solutions. Implements technical solutions via different SAP technologies including enhancing SAP standard code. The developer also needs to troubleshoot production issues. Locate the cause of the issue. And advise and implement the fix. Involvement in the adjustment of code, testing and validation for any SAP system upgrades, implementation of support packs or fixes provided by SAP. Responsible for following company coding standards and SAP coding best practices, ensuring that any code applied to the production systems has been tested ahead of time and will not negatively impact the production system. Skills and Attributes: · Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP, BSP and Web Dynpro development tools in ECC 6.0 · 10 years of experience in developing various ABAP Programs · 5 years of experience in developing Web Dynpros for ABAP · 2 – 3 years of experience in developing BSP applications · Strong knowledge of various SAP development technology including RFC, BAPI, LSMW, IDOC, Smartform, Web Service, Adobe Form, Object oriented programming etc, · Knowledge of performance tuning technique to improve code performance. · Capable and comfortable at debugging and enhancing SAP standard code.
