Extensive back-end Drupal Development experience, including custom module development and Drupal workflow experience 2. Front-end development experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and at least some knowledge of 508 compliance 3. MySQL You will serve as a front-end developer creating a new administrative portal, automated workflow system and responsive design using Drupal serving alongside Business Analysts, UI Designers, and Developers. The client seeks to have a powerful administrative portal that captures report content from inception of an idea and facilitates review, comment, and approval through report publishing. In addition, the system will generate file exports of report content in a variety of formats (e.g., PDF, HTM, XML, etc.), provide administrative users with workflow status dashboards, and the capacity to publish reports to the public website. This position requires you to have a passion for Drupal, a talent for Website front-end configuration and development, and the business savvy for meeting client objectives. You'll be working with a talented team (project manager, developer, information architect and graphic designer) in Rockville, MD. You will be relied upon to contribute technical solutions and planning for this exciting opportunity with significant, nationwide impact. Position Requirements: The successful candidate will have experience with the following: -- Strong understanding of Drupal's framework and core functionality -- Extensive experience with MySQL -- Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript capabilities -- Understanding of PHP -- Basic Understanding of Drupal Configuration, Drupal Hooks -- Experience with Maestro or a Drupal Workflow Module preferred -- Experience using Drupal in large enterprise environments -- BS / BA with 3+ years of working experience or equivalent experience -- Working experience in building websites that are Section 508 compliant -- Experience working with Responsive Design -- Knowledge of jQuery or other JavaScript libraries -- Be able to work full time and onsite in Rockville, MD -- Have at least 5 years of professional web development experience -- Have at least 3 years of professional experience with Drupal or similar open source CMS experience -- Work with customer staff, technical team lead and staff, program manager, and other management to support ongoing design/build effort -- Report to onsite program/project manager -- Experience with Web Services and APIs integrating with social media and e-commerce platforms -- Be a self-starter who doesn't need to be told what to do next before taking action *Selling Points For Candidates:* 1.
