*Job Description:*



*Responsibilities include: *


• Establishes and maintains relationships with key decision-makers within a
business and region; develops relationships with key leaders at the top of
a business unit.
• Drives the achievement of the hiring targets for their sub-region,
including time to fill, cost per hire, graduate, diversity, hiring manager
and candidate satisfaction.
• Supervises the beginning to end staffing process within the sub-region;
designs regional sourcing strategies in collaboration with sub-region
leads; and troubleshoots and manages any escalations to senior management.
• Provides senior level advice to hiring managers on the hiring process,
and ensures that managers are in compliance with corporate and government
policy.
• Manages vendor relationships and participates in the assessment of their
performance; provides solutions for improving vendor relationships.
• Leads initiatives within the region; may provide support on hiring
initiatives that span across regions or businesses.
• Uses advanced business knowledge and subject matter expertise to design
the hiring and talent attraction strategy within a sub-region.
• Assesses the efficiency of staffing tools, identifies gaps and presents
opportunities to management.
• Responsibilities will include all business units within the Legal
Organization including but not limited to the following positions:
Transactional Attorney, Litigation Attorney, Patent Attorney, Intellectual
Property Attorney, Public Sector Attorney.

*Qualifications:* (required skills, experience, and education)


• First level university degree
• 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
• Experienced in sourcing, recruiting, and closing hard-to-find, passive
professionals in the Legal environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent relationship management skills
• Excellent project management and process development skills
• Highly organized with ability to multitask and reprioritize as needed
• Solid experience and advanced skills in sourcing on job boards and social
media outlets
• Intermediate to advanced in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word,
Excel, Powerpoint
