How does dba_jobs decide what it's nls_env values are?.
They seem to vary according to whether I queue the job from a windows client
or from unix.

I get the following error when running SYS.DBMS_LOGMNR_D

I need to do a select based upon the time element in a date column.
i.e, eg where the time is greater than 14:00
Can anyone provide an example of how to do this?

Fat City
is part of a larger application and not easily removed, you
may just have to deal with modifying the PL/SQL.
Of course, if you had made this stuff data driven ( meta data, if you will
),
this would be a non-issue. :)
