It's not trying to load another form. When you click OK, you get gray box. If you look into test.fmb, you'll see "exit_form;" under button "OK"

to load another form but all I get is a gray box. I also tried this on my local machine where I have 9i dev installed to test with another form and I get a gray box. Jinitiator and OC4J listener are running on local to test 9i development install Any one have any suggestions. Thanks
