Is there a difference in terms of performance or any
in using alpha numeric codes for employee codes such
as EM1 rather than just 1? Please note that
this is the key of the table. I am using Oracle9i.

Get email at your own domain with
truncate or remove records from snapshot logs? Of
course we can make something on our own by scheduling
some delete jobs, but, Is there any default method
available in Oracle?
