Oracle 9i (9.0.1) on XP Professional on DELL 8200.
TOAD VI freeware ver. 6.3.11.1g
I keep gettint this error when I try to connect to 9i:
Initialization error.
Could not locate OCI dll
I can connect using SQL*Plus with no problems.
Any idea as to what the problem is with TOAD?

into downloading the three zip files but it would have
taken forever with my regular phone line connection.

I have not seen anything of a time frame for the OCP
exams. The only time frame is when the next release
comes out and the previous release becomes obscolete. I
am APICS CPIM certified and APICS has a time limit of
about 3 years (?).

W/2000). So there will be some intermediate
files/tables that will be used for this purpose.

I may be moving data from an IMS db which is stored in
EBCDIC. Oracle stores data in ASCII format. How do I
go about converting EBCDIC to ASCII to store the data in
Oracle (8.1.?)?

migrate an IMS database to 8.1.? on Windows 2000. I
would like to know if Oracle provides a tool to do
this? Data profiling, mapping, etc.? I could not find
anything for IMS on OTN or the Oracle site. I know
