Database Creation hangs up

Good day! I suppose to create a new database. But when the process reaches the part of "Creating and Starting Oracle Instance", the said process will just stall.  I dunno the cause because there is no any dialog that pops-up.  And when I also look CloneDBCreation.log, I can read nothing. Any sugg
