How to configure oracle management server. I want to
explore OEM fully. I cann't find any installation
guide for this in otn.
Is OMS is must for dataguard, RAC?.

what is ur OS?
If it is windows select Enterprise Manager Configuration Assitant which is
under Configuration Tools.
This will install configure OEM repository for you.
