April, Nothing disastrous has happened actually (touch wood!) which was a surprise. We're going from 11.0.3 so I've seen things that no man should ever have to see. =) Mostly small data fixes specific to us. I'll let you know if we get a fix to this current problem. Feel free to get in touch
