These are both supposedly LDAP 3 compliant, is it possible to make them work
well together?

Oracle Support said I could manually import LDAP files across to OID, they
didn't say anything about the other way around.
As for hair, I lost much of mine, the rest I keep cropped short just for
situations like this. It's too short to pull out.

specified in Chapter 30 of the Oracle Internet Directory Administrator's
Guide Release 9.2 (Part Number A96574-01)??? I thought that's specifically
what it was for, but I've been second guessing Oracle Support as far as OID
