Paul, I suspect rather than spam, this sender has a D.O.S. worm on his system that is shotgunning replies to every message in his inbox. Since there is no message (the ORACLE-L trailer is automatically added by fatcity), my guess is that he doesn't even know his machine is doing this. Let's give his system admin's a chance to clean up his machine before we resort to blacklisting his domain. The other option is that he set his system into v*a*c*a*t*i*o*n mode and forgot to supply a message to be sent. In which case we can ask Bruce to put him in NOMAIL mode. And, let his sa's flog him when he gets home. Rodd Holman Ready - Fire - Aim... Oops -----Original Message----- To: Multiple recipients of list ORACLE-L Sent: 9/6/01 12:36 AM Hi. I don't expect anything to happen in response to this from the sender's account until noon tomorrow. But I did send a blanket request to the site and their ISP. This ought to get someone's attention. In the meantime, set up a filter in your mail client. Part-time vigilante, Paul Paul Drake wrote: -------- Original Message -------- spam please.
