At least you're going to want to relink everything in Oracle on the server. Go to $OH/rdbms/lib and "make -f ins_rdbms.mk install". Also go to "$OH/network/lib" and "make -f ins_netserver.mk install". In fact, do a find for all files named "ins_*.mk" and consider whether to do similar steps... -
