Here are the steps...
1.You can find the .trc file in udump directory.
2.You can edit the file and remove all unwanted lines may 10 to 15 lines
from the top.
3.Check for all the values carefully in create control file command.
4.Rename the file as .sql
5.connect as internal in server manager

Hi Nirmal,
The command 'alter database backup controlfile to trace' will dump the control file content on a text file with all the SQL command to recreate it. You gonna find your text file (.trc) in your USER_DUMP_DEST directory.
To test it, you can do
the default directory is UDUMP. if your machine is unix, you can use 'ls
-ltr' to find most recently generated trace file. Edit this trace file
into a sql file and you can use this sql file to recreate control file.
