A buffer get is simply an I/O request that didn't need to access the disk directly
because the required buffer was still in memory.

(ex. DB_BLOCK_BUFFER) therefore showin

(ex. DB_BLOCK_BUFFER) therefore showing an approximate amount of CPU
resources used, as every time a request to a buffer is sent it takes a CPU
cycle.
