Don't know exactly what you want but if you just "create table Hamid_table as select * from dba_tables" and do likewise with some of the other data dictionary tables (objects,triggers,segments etc) then you have a set of tables which are all related to each other.
Another quick way of populating a dummy table is to select * from dba_objects into a temp table and then continue to "insert into temp table select * from temp table".
