Look for the files named somehing like ora_p00*.trc in your BACKGROUND_DUMP_DEST directory. If the errors are ora-0600 or ora-7445, contact oracle support. The most likely thing that is happening is that parallel query servers are running out of stack. May be you should decrease sort/hash area siz
