under cti user.
If it works, then enable event 10046 at level 4 before you set autotrace on
and check trace file (maybe there are some parse errors for example)

PLUSTRACE role was already granted to CTI.
it's the SAME user "CTI".
i tried it on a different machine.that's it.
when i upgraded oracle client 9.2.0.2 to 9.2.0.3,
it worked fine and i was able to get the statistics.
So,is this a bug or ?
