Yes, you can easily do this as long as you have the
datafiles for the system tablespace and the datafiles
for any RBS tablespaces used by online RBS's.

to restore the SYSTEM tablespace, at least one rollback tablespace, and any
tablespaces you're interested in recovering from. You'll also need to have a copy of a
'backup controlfile to trace' script.
