Thanks, I was able to write a script that gets me most of what I want:
select a.segment_name, b.start_uext "ACTIVE EXENT NUMBER",
b.used_ublk "USED RBS BLOCKS"
from dba_rollback_segs a, v$transaction b
where a.segment_id = b.xidusn
order by a.s
