Stephane,

    Sounds like they maybe getting an ORA-20102 navigation error which would be
indicatative of a bad TNSnames.ora file or if it's on teh extranet, are you
using DNS or Oracle Names?  Most of those will not work through a firewall.

We're receiving the message :
Get Network Not OK : "ORACLE OCI "

when Business Objects WeBIntelligence tries to connect
to Oracle 816. 

The client is running Solaris 8, the message is
happening with Oracle client 817 or with Oracle client
816 64 bit. 

I can connect without problem using Sqlplus so I'm
telling the extranet team that the problem is on their
side but since there is the word Oracle in the message
they're complaining it's an Oracle problem...

Any ideas ?
