Has there been a second printing already? I don't see the first two
errata you mention in my copy. The third one wasn't there, but your
notes just say it "may" need to be added, not that it "will". :)

There will ALWAYS be errata. If you are lucky, you keep it to a
minimum. I don't know of any author (myself included) who has ever had
a book published with no mistakes. And I am anal about proofreading and
correcting errors.
