As part of a Batch Processing Job Benchmark , the Veritas parameter vxdmp:dmp_patchswitch_blks_shift =15 set by the Sysadmin gave Good Performance / Elapsed Time benefits .
Has any used this parameter ? Any recommendations ? Any cautions about the Same ? Anyplace i can get some info on this parameter ? Links , Docs ? Checked the Veritas site too but of no avail .
