I have encountered a little strange incident. Here is a brief:
I ran a package which runs every day early in the morning. I create a log
of the process through the spool command.
Today my package didn't run. It had an error saying 'ERROR at line 1:
ORA-04068: existing state of package
You may be thinking of Sybase.
That is one neat feature about it.

be a user error.
