Nixon, It is based on your O/S block size. If your O/S block size is 512 bytes then you would set the value >4096 if want to chekpoint only at log switches for redo logs of size 2MB. I think Windows NT block size is 512 bytes. Regards Suhen Hi, I would like to know how the value in the l
