Oracle's Migration Workbench will do what you need, if you're on Oracle
Client 8.1.7 or newer.

I remember a GUI Wizard from Oracle Enterprise Manager ( of ver.8 !) which
provides easy steps to move data frm MS-Access to Oracle.
