Position : Online Fraud Investigator Location : Birmingham AL position Duration : 3 to 5 years So rate is $35 *Responsibilities* • Responsible for researching and analyzing issues related to customer accounts • Identifies valid and fraudulent charges, setting up fraud files, using multiple research techniques to resolve issues, reconciling and summarizing fraud losses and communicating with other departments and management regarding problem resolution. • Monitors fraud prevention reports and ensures appropriate steps are taken to reduce potential future losses • Analyzes suspicious activity on customers' accounts and researches past history for customer activity that may be linked to similar activity in other accounts • Contacts account officer(s) to assist in verification of items • Maintains company fraud database records • Responds to internal emails, phone calls and voice mail • Completes database for Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) referrals *Requirements:* • Five years banking fraud investigation/loss prevention experience requiring excellent judgment skills • Data Analysis of fraud loss and operational data • Strong organizational, analytical and judgment skills • Ability to work independently with minimal instruction • Efficient in handling and dealing with peak work volumes • Previous online fraud investigations • Ability to analyze application fraud, identity theft and conduct behavior analysis/trends of customers • Excellent time management/organizational skills • Ability to receive general direction to carry out daily responsibilities. • Strong interpersonal and oral/written communications skills • Ability to function as an individual contributor and/or team member. • Experience in credit card and debit card monitoring. • Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office Skills • Preferred - Experience in identity fraud, new account fraud, card fraud, and fraud systems defect analysis • Preferred - Bachelor's degree in a related field *Thanks and Regards,* *Ishant* Sr. IT Recruiter *Email*: *ish...@technocraftsol.com* <ish...@technocraftsol.com> *Contact*: *(972)2324173 Ext 113* *Yahoo ID / Gmail ID*: *ishant.technocraft* *Website*: www.technocraftsol.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Oracle-Projects" group.
