MUST HAVES:
* Java/ J2EE technologies. Java 5 experience (Generics, Concurrency Utilities
etc..,)
* XML marshaling/un-marshaling, XML manipulation using XSLT and XPath.
* Knowledge of JAXB or JDOM or equivalent.
* Spring, Spring MVC, Invocation of Control, Aspect oriented Programming
* Hibernate: Data Mapping, Performance tuning, Batch processing.
* Oracle: PL/SQL, Query optimization
* Interactive User Interface design/development Experience: Web 2.0
implementation/Java Web Application Experience.
* Either Flex or Object Oriented JavaScript experience or Documentum.
* Object Oriented JavaScript: Knowledge of any JS framework like ExtJs, Dojo,
Prototype, JQuery or equivalent. Event handling.
* Eclipse IDE experience.
GOOD TO HAVE:
* Agile Development - Experience with Agile/RAD type environments as well as
full project lifecycle environments
* CSS or Flex skinning experience.
* Java Batch processing using Spring Batch or Quartz.
