An LA based health care company needs 4 resources for the SOA/ESB and BPM
work this year. This is for the pilot phase, as they enter the new year the
team size will increase for the kickoff of phase 1.
They need 3 resources with the skill set A and 1 resource with skill set B.
Skill set A: SOA Developer ( 3 Resources : 1 Lead 8+ years and 2
developers 5+ years) )
1) expereince in developing and implementing Integration and SOA solutions
2) a good understanding and experience in developing SOAP and REST
webservices
3) familiar with security and authentiation mechanisms for web services
4) experience in writing SQL
5) required experience in the following oracle tools;
- Oracle SOA suite (must)
- Oracle Service Bus (must)
- Oracle BPEL process manager (must)
- Oracle business rules
- Oracle B2B Integration (must)
- Oracle Managed File Transfer
- Oracle Business Activity Monitoring (must)
- weblogic
- jDeveloper (must)

Skill set B: BPM Developer ( 1- Mid-level Resource 6+ years)
1) Business process analysis, modelling, optimization, design and
development experience
2) Business process development and implementation experience in Oracle BPM
suite
