Senior level - 6+ years related experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on large and complex software development projects. Understanding of the SDLC activities expected to develop custom developed and packaged applications with exposure to Use Case Driven Requirement Methods. Has deep technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis, business analysis/testing best practices based on industry standards and understands SDLC development methodology. Ability to manage the quality and acceptance of vendor analysis and testing of SOW deliverables for a project. A key part of the role is to guide and oversee the documentation of these requirements and test cases, so that the requirements and test cases are unambiguous, aligned, consistent and not in contradiction with each other. Provides mapping and modelling of business processes; understands the business need and impacts of the proposed solutions. Provides timely feedback to project team members on the vendor work products submitted for review. Responsible for leading Business Analysts team or having individual responsibility for applying analytical skills to determine and document accurate business requirements and present these requirements in a manner that is concise, measurable and flexible enough to meet project and stakeholder needs. The role will work with the vendor as well as business stakeholders on specific projects in a team arrangement. A key part of the role is to oversee the documentation of these requests or requirements by a team of Business Analysts, so that the requests and requirements are unambiguous, consistent and not in contradiction with each other. This role is responsible for developing or modifying large, complex or mission critical information systems, including analysis and testing of business and user needs, and revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary.
