Designing and implementing information technology. *PART B: Requested Desirable Qualifications: *The numbered qualifications below are not mandatory, but candidates should meet or exceed in duration and skill set target asked for, at least 5 of numbers 1 through 9. 1. 84 months Performing Systems Design and Development on Medium to Large-scale projects as a Message Broker expert utilizing the MS .NET framework and Java technologies with interoperability capabilities across multiple platforms, B2B trading partners, and COTS products. 2. 84 months Experience coding in C#, .NET Framework, WCF, HL7. 3. 60 months Experience with Oracle 10G or higher, including coding with PL/SQL. 4. 48 months Experience with Microsoft SQL Server. 5. 36 months Experience with the implementation security expertise: X509 certificates and AES 256 encryption. 6. 36 months Experience performing systems development on Microsoft Biztalk implementation. 7. 24 months Development experience using Microsoft Silverlight. 8. 36 months Experience working on Large-scale complex Healthcare Systems following HIPAA or HITECH regulations. 9. 60 months Experience using a structured software development lifecycle.
