Position : Business Consulting Management/Bus. Consulting Director - Agile PLM- Oracle EBS Integration Architect/Manager Location : Andover, MA Duration : 4 months
Responsibilities Lead the overall Integration Architecture for the Agile PLM-Oracle EBS integration Act as strong liason between multliple parties the Agile Implementation partner, Integration team and the client Provide guidance to project team when stuck with issues in the integration Work with the client to ensure that the integration components are within the agreed architecture framework Coordinate the requirements between multiple partners in the integration Job Description Strong functional expertise in EC & PC Agile modules. Managed at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Agile PLM projects. Deep understanding of ECO & MCO process integrations. Strong capability to review & recommend solutions. Extensive knowledge of Agile PLM architecture. Proficient in managing all project streams, track & provide progress updates. Job Level Specific Duties Leads a team in defining the scope of extremely complex projects, understanding a customer’s issues / problems, and conceiving customer deliverables. Develops business consulting department’s capabilities and skills. Leads budgeting, forecasting, and development of both tactical and strategic plans. Has advanced influencing capabilities both internally and with external customers and vendors. Typical Years of Experience Typically requires 12-15 years relevant experience. (Includes 5-7 years managerial/leadership experience.) Minimum Education and Certifications Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Graduate degree preferred. Skills Comprehensive knowledge of system development methodology, project management and system architecture. Expert analytical / problem solving skills. Exceptional ability to identify and evaluate existing and potential IT and business challenges. Highly influential with ability to adapt communication style to both non-technical and technical audiences. Models effective collaboration and partnership skills. Models exceptional organizational and time management skills. Expert budgeting, business financial and P&L skills. Ability to develop comprehensive and complex operational and strategic plans. Ability to lead, coach and develop a matrixed and cross-functional team including the most senior technical individual contributors. Physical Requirements/ Working Conditions Ability to physically perform general office requirements. Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations. Significant travel including overnight domestic or international trips may be required.
