Job Description: · The developer will be responsible for extracting, verifying, testing and validating the data they are pulling from the acquired facilities. · The developer will work with client to create the data input in the format they need and write up the specs they need as well. They will be verify that the data is displaying correctly in client’s systems and verifying the data quality as well. The candidate must have strong PL/SQL development and ETL skills. · They need to be able to write queries to verify the data is correct and understand data modeling and mapping Day to day development: Work with the appropriate stakeholders to review data conversion / migration requirements • Provide feedback for transitioning to the new system, review data interfaces / connection requirements • Provide feedback for connection / synchronization to the new system • Design, maintain, and enhance logical and physical database models, and tune the database performance • Develop strategies for data acquisitions, archive recovery, and implementation of data warehouses and multi-dimensional databases • Participate in, review, comment on, and make recommendations regarding application disaster recovery and data-related business process improvement.
