Good Project and Team management skills, along with excellent communications skills are required. *Technical Skills:* Expert knowledge of IBM zSeries type Processors and their associated HMC (Processor Interface), SYSPLEX, Coupling Facilities, OSA (Networking Interface), ICC (Integrated Console Controller), FICON, DASD and Tape management, and Network. Responsibilities : · Installation and Upgrading a zOS environment, Customization, Problem Determination · Performance Analysis Tuning, Capacity Planning, and WLM for the IBM Mainframe zSeries · zSeries based ISV (Independent Software Vendor) Software, and zSeries Network Communications. · Good knowledge of CICS, DB2, Rexx and assembler will a plus to handle and guide team. · The Systems Programmer is required to be on call 24x7 for providing problem resolution and high systems availability.
